Website design
A website built around how your patients choose a practice
Patients compare several practices before they call. Your site has to answer their questions, show how you work and make booking a consultation the obvious next step, on a phone first.
What is included
One page per treatment
Each treatment gets its own page, written around what patients ask about it: what it involves, who it suits, recovery and what to expect at the visit.
Booking on every page
A consultation request or booking calendar on every page, asking for what you need before the visit and nothing more.
Fast on a phone
Many patients first visit on a phone. Pages are plain and light, and tested at phone width before they go live.
Provider and practice pages
Pages that carry each clinician's real credentials and experience, supplied and approved by you, so a patient can see who they would meet.
Ready for search
Titles, headings, page addresses and structured data set up from day one, so the SEO work has something solid to build on.
Care with patient details
Forms ask only for what the front desk needs to book. Tracking tools stay off pages where patients type health details, and you get a list of the tools your site uses.
How it works
Diagnosis call
We look at your current site, how patients find you and how they book, and agree what the new site has to do.
Page plan
You get a list of pages, one per treatment and provider, and what each one will answer, before design starts.
Design and build
We design in your brand and build it fast and plain. You see working pages on a private link, not only pictures.
Your review
You check every page, medical claim, photo and credential. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
Launch
We move the site over, keep your old addresses working with redirects, and check forms, booking and tracking on the live site.
What we keep out of the work
- No promise of rankings, a number of inquiries or a date for results.
- No patient reviews or before and after photos that are not yours. They come from your own patients, with their consent held by you.
- No claims about results, safety or credentials that you have not supplied and approved.
- No tracking tools on pages where patients enter health details, unless your own counsel has approved the setup.
- No label of "certified" for health privacy. No website holds one, so we do not use the word. Your counsel decides what your practice needs.
Questions
Who updates the site after launch?
You can ask us to make changes, or update text and photos yourself where the setup allows it. We agree who does what before the build starts.
How long does a build take?
It depends on how many treatments and providers you have and how quickly you can review the pages. We give a schedule after the diagnosis call, not a number of weeks before it.
Do you keep my old pages and addresses?
We keep the content worth keeping, set up redirects from old addresses so existing links and search results still work, and check them after launch.
Can you build for a practice outside the US?
Yes. We work with practices in any country or US state. Advertising and medical claim rules differ by place, so the copy follows the rules where you practice and we ask you to confirm what your regulator allows.
