Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use this site: which parts are read, where people click and where they leave. Clarity records anonymous sessions and sets cookies to do it. It hides anything you type. Microsoft's privacy statement covers what it does with the data.

The chat bubble

If you send a message through the chat bubble, we receive your message, your email address, your mobile number, the page you sent it from and your IP address. They are emailed to us and kept in a log on our web host so a message is not lost if email fails. We use them only to reply to you.

Booking a call

The booking calendar is Google Calendar's appointment scheduling. When you book, Google receives the details you enter (name, email, phone and any notes) and sends us the booking. Google's privacy policy covers its part.

What we do not do

We do not sell your details, add you to a mailing list you did not ask for, or run advertising pixels on this site.

Send a message through the chat bubble and ask. We will tell you what we hold and delete it on request.
